Second Annual Indian Student Pow Wow Will Take Place August 8
The heritage of American Indian students in the Fort Worth ISD can be appreciated by all at the Second Annual Indian Student Pow Wow on Saturday, August 8, from 1 to 9 p.m. at the Wilkerson-Greines Activity Center.
Native American arts and crafts as well as Native foods will be showcased.
The event is sponsored by the Fort Worth Independent School District and the American Indian Education Program. Admission is free to the public. The American Indian Parent Advisory Committee extends a special invitation to veterans.
