Fort Worth, Texas - Your feedback is important! So, take a few moments and complete the first annual Fort Worth ISD Survey for Central Administration.  

The Survey is available online. Simply go to www.fwisd.org and look for the Central Admin Survey button on the left side of the home page. 

Completing the Survey will help: 

•         Share ideas, concerns and suggestions

•         Improve customer service of Central Administration departments

•         Tell us what’s working and what’s not 

Although you will be able to see your results, no one else will. 

You will need to login to the Intranet to access the survey, but the survey will be anonymous.
