FWISD’s Parent Engagement Celebration 

On Saturday, May 19, the Fort Worth ISD Department of Parent and Public Engagement put a spotlight on those school volunteers who have contributed 100+ hours of their time to the District’s children and others who make it possible. 

More than 900 invitations were sent to eligible volunteers. Great food, marvelous door prizes and outstanding entertainment were provided for the volunteers who make so much possible at FWISD schools. 

The event featured face-painting, hair spray painting, carousel rides, great food, train rides, and Build-a-Bear provided a carnival station.
