SALUTE TO OUR SUPERINTENDENT

Mr. Dansby Honored with Music and Poetry

Como Elementary School will host a Salute to Our Superintendent event on Monday, May 14, 2012, in honor of Mr. Walter Dansby. 

The event will begin with a reception at 6 p.m. for parents and members of the community, followed by a program recognizing the Fort Worth ISD superintendent. 

The Como B Sharp orchestra will perform, and a poem will be read by the Community Center After School poetry class.

“Our B Sharp Youth Orchestra students are excited about performing for Mr. Dansby and being a part of this event. Saluting our superintendent at Como Elementary is an opportunity to bring parents, teachers, students and the community together,” says Jill Goff, Executive Director of the Goff Family Foundation.

The event is being organized by the B Sharp Parents Committee and Como Elementary School PTA.

Como Elementary School is located at 4000 Horne Street, Fort Worth.
