TEEN PARENTS CHILDCARE ENROLLMENT FAIR

Fort Worth, Texas – The Fort Worth ISD assists pregnant and parenting students to remain in or return to the educational setting until graduation. Through the Adolescent Pregnancy Services Department students can arrange for childcare before the start of the next school year.

Enrollment dates, locations and times are:

·Monday, August 13 - Polytechnic New Beginning Childcare Center, Polytechnic High School, 1300 Conner, Fort Worth, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

·Tuesday, August 14 – FWISD Professional Development Center, 3150 McCart Ave, Fort Worth, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

·Wednesday, August 15 – New Lives School Cafeteria, 4713 E. Lancaster, Fort Worth, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

·Thursday, August 16 - FWISD Professional Development Center, 3150 McCart Ave, Fort Worth, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

·Friday, August 17 – CCMS Office, Northeast 820 Business Tower 1, 305 Northeast Loop 820, Suite 600, Hurst – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch)

Teen parents are encouraged to call the Reach Office at 817-814-3320 to schedule an appointment for any of the days listed above. Should you miss a scheduled appointment you can come at a later time the same day or attend any of the remaining events. And walk-ins are always welcome.

Talk to your Project Reach Social Worker for the documentation needed for enrollment.
