Workplace Intimidation is the Theme of Latest Video Preview
Fort Worth, Texas - It’s estimated 1 in 3 workers in the U.S. has been bullied on the job. That’s why Fort Worth ISD plans for every employee to view the soon-to-be-released “It’s Not Okay – At Any Age” video. It is part of the District’s expanded, award-winning “It’s Not Okay” anti-bullying initiative. Over the next few weeks, we will offer previews of the video. Each will highlight a particular scenario of adults behaving badly in what could be any school, anywhere. The theme of this latest trailer is intimidation, a tactic used by bullies of all ages.

You may recognize some of the actors. Students and staff from Fort Worth ISD, as well as actors from Fort Worth’s community theaters, play key roles. The video is hosted by Fort Worth City Councilmember Joel Burns and Fort Worth ISD middle school student Mia Cruz.
Fort Worth ISD is out to stop bullying and disrespect in the workplace as well as on the schoolyard. The “It’s Not Okay – At Any Age” video creates awareness of the problem and shows that everyone has a choice – to be respectful or disrespectful, to be professional or unprofessional, and to be a positive role model or a big bully.
