Students interested in a television or radio career gain valuable real world experience in Advanced Media Production & Communications.  In fact, Poly houses the only student-managed and produced radio station in the District (KPLY FM 102.5). This program brings broadcast journalism to life.

For those with a taste for fine cuisine, Culinary Arts takes cooking skills to delicious new levels. Students step into to the fast-paced world of food preparation, restaurant management and ownership.

Engineering & Automation students explore science, math and automation as they relate to the 21st century workplace. Students work with automated systems, problem solve in science labs, build robots and participate in scientific research.

In Teaching & Learning, students learn how to make a difference in the world by giving the gift of knowledge and a love of learning to others. A partnership with Texas Wesleyan University trains students of today to be excellent teachers of tomorrow.
