FORT WORTH ISD HOLIDAY SCHEDULE 

Fort Worth, Texas – The Fort Worth Independent School District will be closed for Winter Break following normal close of business, or end of classes, on Friday, December 21, 2012.    

The Central Administration offices and teachers will return on Monday, January 7, 2013. Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 8, 2013. 

“We have the privilege of helping young people make their dreams come true,” said Superintendent Walter Dansby. “Focus on that this season. Let that knowledge give us something to hold onto, as we celebrate the holidays with family and friends.”  

FWISD athletic events are scheduled during the Winter Break. Specific information is available through the District web site, www.fwisd.org - click on Departments, Athletics and Event Schedules.
