FWISD STUDENT SUPPORT WORKERS WIN STATE AWARD
Fort Worth, Texas (December 21, 2012) – Student Support teams at Fort Worth ISD’s Trimble Tech and Polytechnic High Schools and Wedgwood Middle School have been selected as recipients of the 2012 CREST Awards. CREST stands for Counselors Reinforcing Excellence for Students in Texas and is award by the Texas School Counselors Association for counseling excellence.
The team at Trimble Tech High School includes:
Professional Counselors: Nichole Drumgoole, Irasema Garcia, Diane Torres and Kathy Williams
Intervention Specialist: Michael Byrd
The team at Polytechnic High School includes:
Professional Counselors: Yvette Rae, Danyatta Harrell and Shirley Jackson
Intervention Specialist: Anthony Williams
The team at Wedgwood Middle School includes:
Professional Counselors: Melissa Hightower and Kimberley Guess
Intervention Specialist: Linda Fielding
