As many of your are aware, the elevator in the administrative building will be out of service for repair during the weeks of November 23 – 27 (Thanksgiving Week) and December 21 – January 8 (Winter Break plus one week). During those outages, the mailroom will not be able to deliver freight to your offices.
On days that the building is open during these periods, if freight arrives, the department will be notified and given the option of retrieving the freight or waiting for the freight to be delivered once the elevator service is restored.
