AUTOMOTIVE INSTITUTE
Turn your love for automobiles into a fantastic career! At the Automotive Institute of Oscar Dean Wyatt, our focus is giving you hands-on training in the classroom. Students will thoroughly understand the components of transportation infrastructure, which include: automotive braking systems, diagnosis of vehicle systems, automotive electrical/electronic systems and differences between domestic and foreign vehicles. Students who complete the Automotive Institute will be prepared to enter the automotive industry at entry level positions upon graduation.

CONSTRUCTION INSTITUTE
Do you want to use your hands to create, gain the ability to draft plans and build structures from inception to completion? If the answer is yes, consider the Construction Institute. Through hands-on practical teaching methods, participants gain a strong foundational background in the building trade and construction process. In a lab setting, students have the opportunity to learn cabinet making skills, plumbing, electrical wiring skills and all other construction trades. In addition, students will actually put those skills into practice through the internship component of the program.

CERTIFICATIONS: OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (OSHA) 10-HOUR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

NURSING & MEDICAL BILLING AND CODING
In the growing field of nursing, students gain strong insight through a practicum at local medical facilities and involved classroom training activities. Through rigorous coursework, speakers and mentorships, students obtain the foundation to begin a nursing career upon graduation or continue with higher education. In Medical Billing and Coding, students obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the growing field of the administrative aspect of the medical field. Upon graduation, students are equipped to begin work at a doctor’s office or any other medical facilities.

CERTIFICATIONS: CPR, CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT, CERTIFIED NURSING AIDE, FIRST AID, HEALTH SCIENCE MEDICAL BILLING & CODING, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (OSHA)
