South Hills High School Human Growth and Development Students Partner with Carter Park Elementary 3rd Graders

The South Hills High School Human Growth and Development (HGD) classes, directed by Vickie Jenson, invited Carter Park Elementary school 3rd graders to South Hills High School on May 1, 2013. The HGD students have been writing back and forth with the 3rd graders all year gearing up for this event. SHHS students planned activities for the 3rd graders which included games, arts and crafts, and outside activities. The Culinary Arts department, lead by Chef Kaylie McPhearson, made snacks for the students to eat while they were visiting.
