 What We Do

The mission of Educational Technology is to support the integration of technology in all areas of the curriculum in order to extend learning to the application level.

 What We Believe

  • We must provide the leadership and skills needed for our students to be successful 21st Century citizens.
  • We must examine our motives for our actions. If the motives do not put the future of our students first, we must change our direction.
  • We must engage all members of our learning community. Students, teachers, administrators, and all support personnel must have the opportunity to become fluent in current technologies in order to create a positive environment for 21st Century skills.
  • We must look at who we are and how we do our jobs. We cannot rely on the “way we’ve always done it” philosophy. We must ensure that our students are first and foremost in our decisions.
  • We must develop skills and competence in 21st Century skills, beyond the nuts and the bolts of hardware and software.
