 What We Do

Network Operations is composed of three main areas:
Network Administration
Telecommunication Services
Network Operations

Provides support for all wide and local area network connections and network resources.

Proactively monitors the voice for critical components to detect failures serving as the liaison with external service providers. We consult and coordinate moves and changes to the telephone systems as well as manage orders for new and replacement District cell phones and pagers arranging for delivery. In addition, we handle all requests for changes, additions and deletions for voicemail.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Network Operations Center which includes servers, midrange systems and printers. This area is accountable for monitoring systems, system backups, nightly processes, large scale printing including report cards, grades, attendance, student reports, financial and payroll reports, and ad-hoc reports.
