Prevail to Graduation (P2G) is a collaborative initiative between the City of Fort Worth, the Independent School District, the Fort Worth Chambers of Commerce and others with the aim of increasing the graduation rate of Fort Worth high school students. To accomplish this goal, volunteers participate in a Stay-in-School Walk to personally contact students who were enrolled in spring and did not return to school in the fall. The volunteers encourage students to persist towards graduation. Spearheaded by Fort Worth Mayor and Fort Worth Superintendent, this city-school collaboration is one effort among many to improve the quality of life among the citizens of Fort Worth. This year Prevail to Graduation will take place at 4 headquarter campuses. Please see chart below.
