 Annual Training for ALL Employees

Please, complete by December 21, 2012. Below you will see instructions and links to Food Allergy, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Child Abuse/Neglect. As you know these are required annually for all full, part time or substitute employees of the Fort Worth ISD.

Please follow the instructions for each module, scrolling to the end of each page, clicking ‘next page’ to move forward. There is a quiz after each module that should be completed. Upon successful completion, you will see a prompt to print a certificate. Enter your name and click the ‘Print Certificate’ button. Click ‘Yes’ to move through the security pop-up blocker, open the certificate window, right click on it, and choose ‘Print’. Give a copy of the certificate to your immediate supervisor as evidence of your compliance and keep one for your records. If you are part time hourly employee or substitutes, you must email a scanned copy to tssi@fwisd.org or fax it 817-814-2785. Please contact Rafaela Gomez if you have any questions.
