Maria Sanchez Named TAEA Outstanding Principal of the Year
Maria Sanchez of Carter-Riverside High School has been selected at the state level as the Texas Art Education Association (TAEA) Outstanding Principal of the Year.
 
"This is a state award and worthy of praise," says Beverly Fletcher, director of art education and herself an honoree at last night's school board meeting. Mary Boswell is the outstanding art teacher at Carter-Riverside.
