Dr. K's Biker Babes Ride Again

Dr. Kristin NethersDr. Kristin Nethers, a licensed specialist in school psychology with Fort Worth ISD, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in September 2007. In April 2009, Dr. Nethers found a treatment that worked and within a month rode in her first Bike MS ride.

With the help of family and friends, she formed a group of riders called Dr. K’s Biker Babes. In three years since forming the group, Dr. Nethers has raised nearly $40,000 toward MS research. This year’s Bike MS ride was 150 miles over two days!

Recently, Dr. K and a few of her Biker Babes were interviewed on Fox 4’s Good Day show.
