Instrumental Music

The Instrumental Music Department is designed to provide opportunities for each student to develop his/her creative talents in a number of ways.  The program’s basic areas consist of secondary band and orchestra. Additional offerings for secondary students include music theory/history, AP Theory, jazz band, mariachi, applied music and instrumental ensemble classes.

Vision: To provide opportunities for each student to develop his/her musical talents, self-expression, creativity and self-discipline; to have opportunities for performance in quality ensembles; and to witness live, professional fine arts performances; to develop a life-long love of music.
