Southwest High School

PRINCIPAL: Mrs. Yassmin Lee

SENIOR ARMY INSTRUCTOR: Colonel Westervelt was assigned to Southwest High School in September 1996. His last active duty assignment was with the Operational Readiness Evaluation Directorate, Headquarters, First United States Army; prior to that, he was assigned to DCSOPS, Headquarters, United States Army Europe working with the Military-To-Military Contact Program (Former Soviet Union Countries). He is a graduate of the Army War College and his civilian education includes a B.A. in Political Science, an M.A. in Management and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Education/ Behavioral Science.

ARMY INSTRUCTOR: MSG Mack was assigned to Southwest High School in August 2005. His last active duty assignment was the Operations NCOIC with the 3/381st Bn 2nd Bde 75th Div, Grand Prairie, TX. Prior to that, he served as the Emergency Operation Center (EOC) NCOIC with the 200THMMC in Kaiserslatern, Germany. He is a graduate of the Army Recruiting and Retention Course and the Advanced NCO Course. His civilian education includes a B.A. degree from Columbia College.

ARMY INSTRUCTOR: SFC Enriquez was assigned to Southwest High School in August 2009. His last active duty assignment was the Training & Operations NCO with the St. Mary's ROTC, San Antonio, TX; prior to that, he served as the Tactical Exercise NCO with DCSOPS, headquarters, United States Army South in Panama. He is a graduate of the Advanced NCO Course. His civilian education includes a B.A. degree from Columbia College.

Southwest High School opened in 1967 and is located in the southwest portion of Fort Worth.
