STUDENT TESTING SERVICES
The Child Nutrition Services staff can provide a variety of items for Student testing. Breakfast orders must be submitted to Child Nutrition Services at 817-814-3502 and lunch orders must be submitted to your campus cafeteria manager at least three (3) weeks prior to the event. You will receive email confirmation of receipt of this agreement at which time your order will be initiated.
Common items selected at testing include the following:
BREAKFAST
- Dry Cereal, Once piece of Wheat Toast, 4oz Juice and Milk
- Two pieces of Wheat Toast, 4oz Juice and Milk
- Yogurt, Small Muffin, 4oz Juice and Milk
LUNCH
Sack Lunch Options
- Turkey and Cheese on Wheat, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Veggie Sticks and Milk
- Sunbutter/Jelly Sandwich, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Veggie Sticks and Milk
"Mess Free" Hot Lunch Options
- Hamburger on a Bun, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Veggie Sticks and Milk
- Hot Dog on a bun, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Veggie Sticks and Milk
After the completion of testing dates for the month, you will receive an invoice for the items provided. Please remit promptly.
CATERING
The Child Nutrition Services Department is available to provide refreshments to help make your meetings and special events a success. We can take your order and deliver to your meeting site.
We provide the following services:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Snacks
- Special Events
You may contact the catering manager, Vernee Davis at 817-814-2023 or vernee.davis@fwisd.org to discuss your catering needs. To place an order, you must complete the Catering Request Form and fax it to Vernee Davis, 817-814-2024 or email to catering@fwisd.org. Orders must be placed 7-10 days in advance of the event. Your order will be delivered and set up for "self service" at your location. Banquet-style service is available on request and will be priced accordingly. We will need 72 hours notice of cancellation or changes. You will be charged for catering orders not cancelled within that time frame. An invoice will be sent to your office shortly after your catered event. The invoice needs to be submitted to the business office with a direct pay request for payment to the FWISD Catering Program. If you prefer to pay by check, please attach the check to the invoice and send to the Child Nutrition Services office. Be sure to write the invoice number on your check.

SPECIAL ORDERS/LUNCH
Special orders are available for lunch to students and staff. Orders must be submitted to the cafeteria manager no later than 9:30 a.m. on the date that the special order is requested.
