More than 350 students are enrolled in Oaklawn Elementary for 2007-2008. The Pre K-through-5th graders are the Panthers, sporting school colors of green and white.
Oaklawn is a historic and architecturally-significant building. It opened its doors in 1935. The building was expanded and remodeled after the 2000 Bond Election. Care was taken to make sure the main building retained much of its original structure and charm.
Oaklawn teachers and staff are dedicated to the achievement of every student. Their work lives up to the school’s motto, “Child centered - Success driven.”
