Public Information
Upon request, the Student Records Office can provide directory information for a particular student. Directory information is information contained in a student’s education record that would not generally be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed.
Directory information includes, but is not limited to a student’s:
- name
- address
- telephone listing (if available)
- photograph
- date of birth
- dates of attendance
- grade level
- enrollment status
- most recent Fort Worth ISD educational agency or institution attended
There is a processing fee for directory information.
Note: Information concerning a student’s graduation status may not be provided to a third party without parental consent (or student consent if 18 years of age or older).
