To cause physical harm to a student, damaging a student’s property or placing a student in reasonable fear of harm or actions resulting in an intimidating, threatening or abusive environment for a student.

What is cyberbullying?
The sending or posting of electronic messages that are abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, damaging to another’s reputation or illegal.

Sexting is the act of sending sexually explicit messages or photos electronically, primarily between cell phones.

What is teen dating violence?
The intentional uses of physical, sexual, verbal or emotional abuse by a person to harm, threaten, intimidate or control another person in a dating relationship.

It is making persistent or repeated sexual advances or engaging in any actions of a sexual connotation causing embarrassment, humiliation or intimidation.
