He is a former associate executive director for the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) and served as general counsel for the Texas Education Agency (TEA.)  His clients include many districts in the greater Houston area and across the state of Texas.

Dr. Mike Moses previously served as Texas Commissioner of Education from 1995-1999, was deputy chancellor and professor of educational administration for the Texas Tech University System from 1999-2000.  He was superintendent of schools for the Dallas Independent School District from 2000-2004.  Dr. Moses has served as superintendent of schools in four school districts in Texas, including a small, mid-size and a large district.

Dr. Rod Paige is a lifelong educator and served as the U.S. Secretary of Education from 2001 to 2005.  In 1994, Dr. Paige became the superintendent of the Houston Independent School District, the nation’s seventh largest school district.  Inside Houston Magazine named Paige one of “Houston’s twenty-five most powerful people” in guiding the city’s growth and prosperity.  In 2001, he was named National Superintendent of the Year by the American Association of School Administrators.
