Starting with my humble beginnings as a prep-cook, my path through the hospitality industry has had many twists and turns: a line cook, a sous chef, a mixologist and sommelier, a general manager, and now, a culinary arts instructor. I have to say, at this point, I’ve seen it all!

Over the last twenty-five years I have worked with a full spectrum of clients including high-volume independent operators, hotels, multi-million dollar chains, contract food service providers, and distributors. I have experience in virtually every industry segment, cuisine, operating platform, ownership type, phase of business life cycle, and all the functional areas of chain restaurants.  I am excited to share my wealth of experience with tomorrow's restaurant professional!
