As an artist and a teacher, I actively engage students in activities that encourage the development of future problem solvers in the community.  Art allows for an environment that is safe, inclusive and expressive. I love collaborating with different teachers and subjects to help students realize their potential while showing off how Wildcats “think outside the box”.  Let’s continue to spread color throughout our community in 2021-22!

I love teaching children music as a way to learn about different time periods, cultures and themselves. While learning the patterns and sequences in music,
students discover persistence, patience and discipline; and the ways to apply those skills to all areas of their lives.  There is a musician in every child!
