Mrs. Shirley Brady with the Blue Zone Project of Fort Worth conducted a superb 2 day workshop the week of October 16th for all of our JROTC Cadets. Her training was thorough and truly engaged our students to focus priorities in finding their gifts and talents and discovering how this fits into their life purpose to increase health and well-being. The Blue Zones Project of Fort Worth is growing throughout businesses and organizations in our community and it is exciting to know that over 140 WHHS students had this igniting experience.
