FWISD requires all of its employees to use an official e-mail signature for all email correspondence created through your FWISD email account. Email signatures that do not follow this standard may NOT be used. Consistent email signatures deliver a visually coherent look across departments and campuses. Just as our business cards follow a standardized approach, email signatures should be consistent.
Email signatures should include:
- Your name
- Job title
- Department or Campus
- Fort Worth Independent School District
- Phone number
- Email Address

Shortened versions of this signature are acceptable for reply or smartphone emails.
