Mrs. Tiffany Ross has served in the Morningside Community for over 10 years as an educator. Mrs. Ross served as Coordinator with the Fort Worth Children’s Partnership (FWCP) and Morningside Children’s Partnership (MCP) within Fort Worth ISD. As a coordinator, she served nine secondary campuses, including Oscar Dean Wyatt High School. Prior to her role with the FWCP, she served as the coordinator for five years under the Morningside Children’s Partnership leading and growing a group of talented individuals to support Morningside Middle School in their efforts to impact children both academically and behaviorally. While leading academic specialists and behavioral specialists, under the partnership, Tiffany was entrusted to be the lead administrator of the Social Studies Department  and to help grow and mentor essentially all new teachers at Morningside Middle School. Prior to her coordinator position, Tiffany served as an instructional coach with Fort Worth ISD, where she had the opportunity to grow, train, and provide resources for teachers to use practical strategies to engage students and improve learning outcomes. Tiffany began her career at Morningside Middle School in 2006, where she taught 8th grade U.S. History, and later was responsible for creating and implementing a New Teacher Academy at both Morningside Middle School and Jean McClung Middle School.

Tiffany is a military brat, but loves to call Pittsburgh, PA and Killeen, TX home. She received her BA of Psychology from Grambling State University as well as her MA of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University at Austin. She was accepted into and attended Improving Schools: The Art of Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she was able to reflect on her leadership abilities and how to assist in teacher efficacy and student learning outcomes.

Tiffany is excited to start a new chapter in her educational career as Assistant Principal at O.D. Wyatt High School and continue her service to the Morningside Community. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys mentoring married couples with her husband, Titus Ross, and mentoring youth at her church home, Freedom Church in Bedford, TX.
