To request an event, there are (up to) 3 steps to take.
1. First there is the FWISD Event Request Form to fill out. Please return this in hard copy to Mrs. Clarke. This must be approved by Principal Collins prior to moving forward.
2. If this is an event that is on the TCC Campus other than the SECH building, or in the SECH building but after hours, Mrs. Clarke will do a Special Use of Building (SUB) Form so that TCC representatives & TCC police are aware of the event. This will be approved by a TCC representative before moving forward. This can take up to two weeks for approval.
3. Mrs. Clarke will fill out a Room Request Template to send to email@example.com.
