Mrs. Deborah Down, Art

 

Mrs. Down is in her fifth year teaching Art at Sunrise. She is originally from the Fort Worth area and graduated from Texas Christian University. She loves sharing her love of art with students. She strives for every student to experience success in her classroom.

In her spare time, Mrs. Down likes to paint, read and spend time with her husband and almost grown kids.

Hello my name is Don K Ward. This is my first year here at Sunrise McMillian Elementary School. I'm a native of Fort Worth, Texas born and raised. Graduated from Oscar Dean Wyatt High School and Jarvis Christian College.
 
In my spare time I love to cook, spend time with family and friends and travel. I live by my favorite scripture, I can do all things through CHRIST which strengtheneth me, Philippians 4:13.

I graduated from Texas wesleyan University with my Bachelors in music education. I love teaching children and sharing my love for music with others.

I love being home with my family, traveling, and being outside. I am very proud to be a teacher at Sunrise McMillan and am determined to make this the best year possible.
