How do I get started?
Choose Fort Worth ISD is a new online system that Fort Worth ISD families will use to locate and enroll in all Fort Worth ISD schools. There are two main components to Choose FWISD:
School Finder – use this tool to locate schools near your home or work, search for schools or programs that are of academic interest to your family, or simply find out more information about all the various public school offerings Fort Worth ISD has to offer.
Choose Forth Worth ISD Registration System – this is the system parents will use to register for the upcoming school year.

Will I need a Snapcode to register my student for the 2023 – 2024 school year?
No, Snapcodes will not be needed for registration.
-
Is there something special I need to do for my student who is transitioning to a new grade level (i.e., from their current elementary or middle school)?
If your transition-grade student plans to attend their zoned FWISD school in the 2023-24 school year, then no action is needed from you. Your student will automatically be enrolled in their next-level zoned school. You will need to complete the registration process for the 2023- 2024 school year.

Who can I contact for support?
If your student already attends a FWISD school, first contact the enrollment staff at your current school. You may also email choosefwisd@fwid.org.
