    The Fort Worth ISD’s Family Action Center needs volunteers every 2nd Thursday of the month to help distribute food for the students, families and individuals of 20 schools in the southeast Fort Worth area within the Eastern Hills and Dunbar High Schools area. They provide fresh, healthy food like dairy, produce, and meats.

    Volunteers will help with set up, clean up, registration, table stocking, car loading, line greeter, floaters.

    Let's make a team of friends to sustain this worthy cause!





    What Can You Do to Help Increase Literacy in our City?  Help Prepare Goody Bags!


    Help prepare goody bags to reward Fort Worth ISD first, secon and third-grade students who participate in the Saturday Learning Quest program. Over 1,700 kids and their families showed a desire to accelerate their learning by attending school for fourteen consecutive Saturday to engage in fun learning and enrichment activities.

    Pre-registration is required:

    When: Volunteers can select their preferred date and time. This project will last throughout the school year. Dates in the sign up sheet.

    • January 18, Tuesday - January 19, Wednesday
    • February 7, Monday - February 8, Tuesday - February 21, Monday - February 22, Tuesday -February 28, Monday.
    • March 1, Tuesday - March 28, Monday- March 29, Tuesday.
    • April 18, Monday - April 19, Tuesday.
    • May 2, Monday - May 3, Tuesday.

    What Do Good Partners Do?  They Stand By Each Other!


    The Tarrant Area Food Bank has been an excellent partner and has provided outstanding support to our student's families before and during COVID-19. TAFB needs help during their weekly distribution of food for the community at Herman Clark Stadium.

    Let's go as a group and help!

    Pre-registration is required: 


    When: Every Wednesday. 

     Time: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm or until food runs out.

     Where: Herman Clark Stadium, 5201 CA Roberson, Fort Worth 76119. Enter the stadium using the Wichita Street Entrance.
