2022-23 Jump Start Bonus ($1,000)
Eligibility:
- Teachers must begin teaching in the 2022-2023 school year on or after January 1, 2023.
- Individuals who were previously employed by the District as a Teacher, at any time on or after August 1, 2021, are ineligible.
- Rehired TRS retirees are ineligible.
Payout Timeline:
- $1,000 paid on July 28, 2023, if the employee maintains employment, in the applicable position, through May 26, 2023.

Early Commitment ($2,000)
Eligibility:
- Teachers must sign a contract or Letter of Intent by 11:59 p.m. on May 1, 2023.
- Individuals who were previously employed by the District as a Teacher, at any time on or after August 1, 2021, are ineligible.
- The teacher must maintain active employment status in Fort Worth ISD at the time of each installment to be eligible for payment.
- Rehired TRS retirees are ineligible.
Payout Timeline:
- $1,000 paid on December 14, 2023, if the employee begins his/her employment, in the applicable position, on or before October 1, 2023.
- $1,000 paid on June 28, 2024, if the employee begins his/her employment, in the applicable position, on or before October 1, 2023.

Welcome Home for Teachers ($500)
Eligibility:
- Individuals must be former graduates of a Fort Worth ISD high school.
- The first day of full-time employment as a Teacher must be on or after January 1, 2023, and on, or prior to, August 31, 2023.
- Individuals who were previously employed by the District as a Teacher, at any time on or after August 1, 2021, are ineligible.
- Rehired TRS retirees are ineligible.
Payout Timeline:
- First Installment - $250 paid December 14, 2023, if the employee maintains employment, in the applicable position, through November 17, 2023.
- Final Installment - $250 paid June 28, 2024, if the employee maintains employment, in the applicable position, through May 10, 2024.
2023-24 Content Sign-On Incentive (maximum of one content bonus)

PreK-5 Bilingual ($5,000)
Eligibility:
- Teachers must hold a valid bilingual certification, license, or teaching permit.
- The teacher must teach and serve as a bilingual teacher of record during the instructional year.
- Individuals who were previously employed by the District as a Teacher, at any time on or after August 1, 2021, are ineligible.
- Rehired TRS retirees are ineligible.
- The teacher must maintain active employment status in Fort Worth ISD at the time of each installment to be eligible for payment.
Payout Timeline:
- $2,500 paid on December 14, 2023, if the employee begins his/her employment, in the applicable position, on or before October 1, 2023.
- $2,500 paid on June 28, 2024, if the employee begins his/her employment, in the applicable position, on or before February 19, 2024.

Special Education ($3,000)
Eligibility:
- Teachers must hold a valid special education certification, license, or teaching permit.
- The teacher must teach in an eligible special education teaching assignment listed below during the instructional year.
- Elementary, Middle, or High School resource or inclusion
- All StARS, Deaf/Hearing Impaired, ECSE, Homebound, RISE, SEAS, Transition, Visual Impaired
- Individuals who were previously employed by the District as a Teacher, at any time on or after August 1, 2021, are ineligible.
- Rehired TRS retirees are ineligible.
- The teacher must maintain active employment status in Fort Worth ISD at the time of each installment to be eligible for payment.
Payout Timeline:
- $1,500 paid on December 14, 2023, if the employee begins his/her employment, in the applicable position, on or before October 1, 2023.
- $1,500 paid on June 28, 2024, if the employee begins his/her employment, in the applicable position, on or before February 19, 2024.

Secondary Math, Science, or ELAR ($3,000)
Eligibility:
- Teachers must hold a valid certification, license, or teaching permit that is appropriate to the qualified teaching assignment.
- The teacher must teach and serve as a secondary math, science, or ELAR teacher of record during the instructional year.
- Individuals who were previously employed by the District as a Teacher, at any time on or after August 1, 2021, are ineligible.
- Rehired TRS retirees are ineligible.
- The teacher must maintain active employment status in Fort Worth ISD at the time of each installment to be eligible for payment.
Payout Timeline:
- $1,500 paid on December 14, 2023, if the employee begins his/her employment, in the applicable position, on or before October 1, 2023.
- $1,500 paid on June 28, 2024 if the employee begins his/her employment, in the applicable position, on or before February 19, 2024.
