The Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System, or T-TESS, is the Texas Commissioner of Education's recommended rubric and is the adopted Teacher Evaluation system in Fort Worth ISD. As per Board DNA(LOCAL) and DNA(REG), all teachers must have District-Provided T-TESS orientation by a T-TESS certified appraiser at the first available date following their employment.
