2023 Auxiliary Hiring Incentives

Auxiliary Sign-On Bonus ($1,000)
Eligibility:
- Must fill an auxiliary position (at-will, non-exempt status).
- The first day of full-time employment must be on or after January 1, 2023, and on or prior to August 31, 2023.
- Individuals who were previously employed by the District in a full-time capacity at any time on or after August 1, 2021, are ineligible.
- Rehired TRS retirees are ineligible.
Payout Timeline:
- First Installment - $250 paid according to the table below if the employee maintains employment status, in the applicable position, for three (3) months.
- Second Installment - $250 paid according to the table below if the employee maintains employment status, in the applicable position, for six (6) months.
- Third Installment - $250 paid according to the table below if the employee maintains employment status, in the applicable position, for nine (9) months.
- Final Installment - $250 paid according to the table below if the employee maintains employment status, in the applicable position, for eleven (11) months.

Welcome Home for Auxiliary ($500)
Eligibility:
- Individuals must be former graduates of a Fort Worth ISD high school.
- The first day of full-time employment must be on or after January 1, 2023, and on or prior to August 31, 2023.
- Individuals who were previously employed by the District in a full-time capacity at any time on or after August 1, 2021, are ineligible.
- Rehired TRS retirees are ineligible.
Payout Timeline:
- First Installment - $250 paid according to the table below if the employee maintains employment status, in the applicable position, for three (3) months.
- Final Installment - $250 paid according to the table below if the employee maintains employment status, in the applicable position, for eleven (11) months.
