The Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System, or T-PESS, is the Texas Commissioner of Education's recommended rubric and is the adopted Principal and Assistant Principal Evaluation system in Fort Worth ISD. As per Board DNB(LOCAL) and DNB(REG), all administrators who evaluate principals or assistant principals must hold a T-PESS Certificate and have District-provided T-PESS updates.
