Q. What happens when I get a blank or white screen when I hit enter?
A. When signing documents, the user needs to click the Electronically Sign Document button with the mouse rather than hitting the enter key.

Updating Security Questions
Once a year, Eduphoria requires users to update their security questions. On the home page of Eduphoria, click My Profile.
Select enter until you get to the security questions. The same security question and answer may be used. Click Save. This usually allows users to sign their documents.
