Ms. Carrie Kinzer

Lead Counselor of 9th & 10th Grade

Carrie Kinzer has been with Fort Worth Independent School District for over 20 years and has been with TCC South/FWISD Collegiate High School since 2021. She has served as a school counselor for all grade levels and looks forward to working with 9th and 10th grade students this year. Ms. Kinzer graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with her degree in Elementary Education, a Master of Education Administration, and a Master's in School and Professional Counseling.

Ms. Kinzer lives in Burleson with her 11-year-old son and their two dogs, Licky and Emerald. She loves being outside with her son and her dogs, reading, and every opportunity to go to the beach.

Ms. Katricia Rubell

School Counselor of 11th & 12th Grade

Katricia Rubell has 14 years combined experience working as a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Instructional Specialist and CTE Business Teacher. Prior to entering the field of education, she worked as a Human Resource Recruiter with a Fortune 100 Company. She currently serves as the TCC South/FWISD Collegiate High School 11th and 12th grade Professional School Counselor. 

Ms. Rubell's education includes earning a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Northwood University, where she graduated with Cum Laude Honors. Ms. Rubell enjoys spending time with her daughter, with friends, and family.

She is available to help students answer the following questions:
