If you are using Chrome as your browser to watch Granicus video content and you are having difficulty viewing the video, please perform the fix outlined below:

1. Type chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy in your Chrome browser
2. under Autoplay policy use the drop-down box to select No user gesture is required
3. Then click the Relaunch Now button that appears at the bottom right of your screen
4. Close and reopen Chrome
