My name is Dawn M. Cortez and I am your Stay-in-School Specialist/Coordinator. My services are to assist you with locating and working with students that have attendance and truancy dilemmas, students that have withdrawn, and the Tarrant County Municipal Court. Part of the excitement of my job is to conduct home visits when all communication with the families have failed.
