New Hire Onboarding
Welcome to the Fort Worth Independent School District!
As part of Human Capital Management, the Transactional Team will assist in completing your hiring process into Fort Worth ISD and ensure the process is simple as possible.
Candidates that have been recommended for hire can expect an email from our Frontline application system which will include all of the new hire forms to complete electronically.
To assist in the process, all new hires will need to have the following documents ready to turn into Human Capital Management upon being recommended for hire:
Eligible Identification for I-9 (More Info)
Driver’s License/State ID (More Info)
High School Diploma/Official College Transcripts (More Info)
Social Security Card (More Info)
***Mandatory document for everyone undergoing the hiring process for a position that requires certification.***
The following affidavit is offered to satisfy the requirement of Texas Education Code section 21.009 for a pre-employment affidavit. This document must be signed, notarized and submitted with the documents listed above.

All Fort Worth ISD candidates will be required to complete and clear a background check prior to being hired as part of the onboarding process.
