Fort Worth ISD gathered the area’s top educators for a Premiere Educators Selection event to inform them about opportunities at the district’s Accelerated Campus Excellence schools. 

“You are here because you are exceptional educators and we want you in our classrooms,” Superintendent Dr. Karen Molinar said at the event. “You are here because you have shown that you can produce results and you can help students achieve. You are here because we believe you can help our students thrive.”

ACE campuses are part of a TEA-recommended initiative to help high-need schools. These campuses get more time, more support, and the teachers receive higher pay. 

The Fort Worth ISD ACE campuses are:

• Western Hills Elementary School
• Clifford Davis Elementary School
• Eastern Hills/West Handley Consolidated Elementary
• William James Middle School
• Morningside Middle School
• Wedgwood Middle School

At the event, potential ACE teachers got to meet principals at three of the campuses, learn more about ACE, and network with potential future colleagues.

“This is not just about filling positions,” Chief of Schools Dr. Priscila Dilley said. “This is about building leadership that changes trajectories for students and communities.”
