Elected Trustees

As of March 24, 2026 , the Texas Education Agency’s Commissioner of Education temporarily suspended the powers and authority of the Fort Worth ISD ISD Board of Trustees. While Board of Trustee members will continue to be elected during the appointed term of the Board of Education, elected Board of Trustee members will continue to have their power and authority suspended until the Commissioner of Education begins the transition back from the Board of Education to the Board of Trustees.
