Our Schools

Black History Month

Fort Worth ISD is proud to honor the rich culture, traditions, and enduring contributions of the African-American community, both within our district and beyond. Throughout Black History Month, observed in February, we will share weekly videos, stories, and inspiring moments that celebrate the individuals shaping our community. These stories will spotlight the people of Fort Worth ISD, both past and present, and the lasting legacy they leave behind.

At Fort Worth ISD, we believe the Best Begins Here, and it starts with the difference made by the incredible individuals who have shaped our history and continue to inspire us today.
