Adult Education Enrollment Process

Registration is Required

Registration Form

The enrollment process is simple to complete:

  • Click the link or use the QR link below to open a Google form to open a new student questionnaire.
  • Answer the questions in the new student questionnaire form and select the date to attend a registration session.
  • Attend your selected 3 hours registration session, it's important to be on time or you may have to reschedule for another date and location.
  • Photo ID is required for all programs.
  • If registering for a Career training, social security card and High School Diploma or HSE/GED is required at registration. 

After you have completed each of the above steps, you will be assigned to a class and given your schedule. It may take 1-2 weeks before you receive your class assignment.
