United Voices 4 Change

United Voices for Change (UV4C) and Youth Voices for Change (YV4C) are student-led leadership groups active across Fort Worth ISD secondary campuses. These organizations provide students with opportunities to collaborate, lead, and address real issues affecting their schools and communities. Each secondary campus group works on a year-long project focused on improving campus culture, while all UV4C/YV4C groups participate in monthly district-wide campaigns that highlight student concerns and promote positive change.

Through these initiatives, students develop leadership skills, advocate for their peers, and contribute to a more inclusive and respectful school environment. UV4C and YV4C offer a platform for students to be heard, take action, and make a meaningful impact across Fort Worth ISD.
