Employee Services

The Office of Employee Services focuses on promoting good management practices and workplace behaviors, positive working environments and relationships, and on complying with Human Resources Policies and Procedures. Employee Services is designed to assist individuals and departments with how to work through problems and differences to make the work environment more positive, enjoyable and less stressful.

The Office of Employee Services supports the following functions for the District:

  • Facilitates and manages Employee Complaints in accordance with Board Policy DGBA (LOCAL)
  • Facilitates and manages Board Policy DCD (LOCAL) Complaints
  • Oversees Employee Wellness Referrals
  • Represents District for Texas Workforce Commission unemployment benefit hearings
  • SBEC Reporting for Misconduct
  • Employee Handbook
  • Performance Management
  • Title IX Compliance
  • Board Policy DIA Reviews/Investigations
