Fundraise for your campus using these easy electronic giving tools. The public may access the online donation portal by clicking on “GIVE” in the main banner on fwisd.org. On a PC, it is found at the top of the website, or at the bottom on a phone. Users may also access this QR Code:

There are limitless ways that District departments and campuses can raise money. Schools are encouraged to work closely with the FWISD Council of PTAs on best usage of funds. Organizations may create funds on their own or by using community platforms such as the Communities Foundation of Texas or DonorsChoose.

All online donations will result in an automatic donor acknowledgment message being sent to the donor’s email for their records. 

Individual donations of $10,000 and under will be placed directly into the Campus Internal Finance account for the campus’s discretionary use. Gifts over $10,000 will be assigned a separate special revenue account and project and will be managed with support from the Development office. 

Upon receipt of a donation, FWISD personnel must complete the Donation Acknowledgement Form.

If accepting a motor vehicle, you must send the Acceptance of Donation of Motor Vehicle Form to the Development team for approval.

If accepting a donation of technology or equipment, you must send the Acceptance of Technology Equipment Form to the Development team for approval.
